The latest figures on home foreclosures are good news for the Denver mettro area.  Colorado which used to be ranked #1 in the nation in the number of home foreclosures has fallen (WOO HOO!!!) to #5.  The #1 rank is now heald by Florida.  This and other signs show that the Colorado economy is finally on the upswing.  Colorado, and the rest of the mountain west, always lag behind the two coasts on the economic roller coaster.
Still, thyis is good news for the battered housing market.
